Man arrested for shooting woman in Russell County

RUSSELL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A man is behind bars in Russell County for reportedly shooting at a woman after a fight over a car.

The sheriff’s department says 43-year-old Jamie Passmore fired the shots as the woman ran away from a house on north US 127 Saturday afternoon.

Deputies arrested Passmore and took a double-barreled shotgun as evidence.
