Man arrested for shooting assault

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Lexington police say they have arrested Javonte Briscoe for a shooting assault from last September.

According to police, Briscoe shot another man three times, causing non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the altercation started without warning and they are still searching for a motive.
