Man arrested on child pornography charges in Rockcastle County
MOUNT VERNON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — A 25-year-old man has been arrested on child pornography charges in Rockcastle County. State police announced Tuesday that Stephen Blevins was taken into custody at a residence in Mount Vernon.
