Former Rowan County coach arrested for indecent exposure and stalking in Owingsville

OWINGSVILLE, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A former Rowan County assistant football coach and substitute teacher has been arrested in Bath County after police say he repeatedly exposed himself to several victims.

According to the Owingsville Police Department, officers arrested Kris Krolikowski on Sunday afternoon following multiple complaints. Investigators say Krolikowski exposed himself to several adult victims over a prolonged period, including one elderly victim who reported incidents spanning several months.

Police say Krolikowski also left handwritten notes on one victim’s property, describing when and where he would expose himself.

He is charged with stalking in the second degree and three counts of indecent exposure in the second degree. Krolikowski was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Montgomery County Regional Jail.

Owingsville Police say the investigation is ongoing as they continue to review additional evidence.
