Man accused of stealing from his grandfather

MANCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man accused of stealing from his grandfather was arrested in Clay County.

Manchester Police say Clifford Biggs was arrested Wednesday.  They say he was wanted in Owsley County for allegedly stealing a wood splitter from his grandfather earlier this month.
