Man accused of raping woman in public library restroom

HUNTINGTON, WV (WTVQ) – A man is accused of raping a woman in a restroom at the Cabell County Public Library, according to Huntington Police.

Investigators say 43-year old Eric Price was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Sexual Assault.

The reported victim told investigators Price was “an acquaintance.”

The woman was treated for injuries at an area hospital, according to police.
