Man Accused of Raping Unconscious Woman

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police accuse a Lexington man of raping an unconscious woman and taking pictures of it.

Court documents say 22-year-old Richard Gorman is charged with rape and tampering with physical evidence.

Police say Gorman deleted picture of the rape so they could not be used as evidence against him

Court documents list Gorman as an employee of the University of Kentucky, working security.
