Man accused of raping girl younger than 12-years-old

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A man is behind bars in Lexington, accused of raping a girl younger than 12-years-old.

According to an arrest citation, the girl told officers 36-year-old Justin Elam sexually assaulted her.
