Man accused of shooting at deputies due in court
WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — A man accused of firing shots at deputies and a state police trooper in Washington County is due in court today for a preliminary hearing.
According to court records, 37-year-old Bradley Couch is scheduled for a preliminary hearing at 12:30 p.m. on attempted murder of an officer and assault charges.
State police say Couch is accused of firing shots at a trooper and deputies on December 11th as they were getting out of their vehicles.
According to investigators, the officers were responding to a domestic violence call about a woman who says she was assaulted at Couch’s home on Saint Rose-Lebanon Road.
