Man Accused Of Sending Inappropriate Text Messages To Kids

State Police said an investigation that began in June led to the arrest Monday of a Rockcastle County man who’s accused of sending inappropriate text messages to juveniles by cell phone and social networking sites.

Investigators said Joshua G. Robbins, 29, of Brodhead, is charged with 63-counts in the case.

State Police said the investigation began last month after a complaint was received from Rockcastle County Schools and the Rockcastle County Attorneys Office in reference to multiple juveniles receiving inappropriate text and or messaging via cell phone and social networking sites.

The investigation ultimately led to Robbins’ arrest.  He was lodged in the Rockcastle County Jail.
