Man accused of murder arraigned on Monday

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Lexington man accused of killing Theodore Custard was arraigned on Monday, according to officials.

Lexington Police say Custard was found dead in his apartment off of Augusta Ct on Friday.

They say 40-year-old Timothy Fogle murdered Custard.

Fogle pleaded not guilty and will go back to court on August 17th.

Investigators say they have learned Fogle and Custard knew each other, and they think the two fought.

The Coroner’s report says Custard died of sharp force injuries
