Man accused of killing his brother in Lee County

BEATTYVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police charge a man with murder after they say he shot and killed his brother.

Police were called to a home on Spencer Fork Road around 7:30 p.m. Thursday about a shooting.

One man was found dead outside the home.

Investigators say 26-year-old Forest Lee was fatally shot after he and his brother, 20-year-old Anthony Lee, got into a fight.

Police say Anthony Lee left the scene on an ATV that was later found abandoned.

Anthony Lee was arrested Friday morning and charged with murder, arson, tampering with physical evidence, fleeing or evading Police, and wanton endangerment.
