Man accused of holding man against his will and stealing his car

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington man is accused of holding a man against his will after robbing him.

Court documents say 18-year-old J’Shan Rigsby punched a man while holding a machete, took his cell phone, wallet and money then forced the victim to get into the backseat of his own car.

This was back on September 8th.

Documents say Rigsby’s accomplice held the victim in the backseat of the car at knife point then they eventually dumped him off.

Rigsby and the accomplice then took off in the victim’s car, according to police.
