Man accused of exposing himself at a McDonald’s faces more charges

BEREA, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man police say exposed himself at a Berea McDonald’s play area is now facing additional charges.

52-year-old Ty Embry, of Piant Lick, is now charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a child under 12.

Police say Embry exposed himself in front of a large window at the restaurant’s play area on April 21.

They say there were several witnesses and Embry was arrested at the scene.

He was originally charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
