Madison County Sheriff’s Office investigating three deaths in home
MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident that resulted in the deaths of three individuals.
Deputies were called to Elmwood Drive to assist Madison County EMS shortly before 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday (4/23).
According to the Sheriff’s office, when deputies arrived, Sherry Hammerle, 47, and Evonne Hammerle, 39, both residents of Richmond, were taken to Baptist Health Richmond. They were pronounced dead at the hospital.
Inside the residence on Elmwood Drive, Ben Masters was found deceased.
The cause of death for all three individuals remains under investigation, with autopsy and toxicology reports pending.
The coroner tells us the investigation is ongoing.
