Madison County man charged with sexual assault of 11-year-old

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. — An 18-year-old is facing serious charges of kidnapping and raping an 11-year-old in Madison County. The Madison County Sheriff’s Office reports that the alleged sexual assault occurred on July 4th.

Gabriel Foster, 18, was arrested on Friday in Richmond. He is charged with kidnapping, sexual abuse, and the rape of a child. According to court records, Foster is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 17th.
