Madison County confirms reconstruction of I-75 and KY 627
RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Madison County Judge Executive has announced that the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has finalized arrangements to bid the Exit 95 Interstate Exchange project in January 2019.
At the invite of the Shiloh Pointe and Shiloh Crest Homeowner’s Association, the Transportation announced the plans to move the intersection of Colonel Road and Simpson Lane approximately 800 feet west of the current road location. There will be new signals installed at the intersection.
According to the Transportation Cabinet, the project will go to bid in January 2019 and is estimated to take a year and a half to complete. The estimated cost of the project will be $10,400,000.
Madison County will continue to update citizens as information becomes available.
