Madison County Animal Shelter looking for owner of lost horses

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Madison County Animal Shelter is trying to find the owner or owners of horses that were found wandering in the road.

The shelter says they were found wandering Saturday in the Tates Creek/Whitlock Road area.
