Madison Co. employee charged with forgery and theft
RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, arrested the Madison County CSEPP Finance Officer on forgery and theft charges Thursday.
According to troopers, the Madison County EMA asked for an investigation into some missing property. As a result of that investigation, 54-year-old Tamara Phelp of Berea, was arrested and charged with sixty counts of forgery 1st and one count of theft.
Phelps is lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
