Macs Fillin Station burglary – need tips

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Marathon Gas’s “Macs Fillin Station” was robbed on May 31 on US 25, and police say they are still searching for information.

Police say the business was robbed at approximately 4:48 in the morning, and Surveillance photos from the business indicate that a lone male suspect broke in to steal numerous cartons of cigarettes, a roll of lottery tickets, tobacco and other items. He caused significant damage to the building, police say, as well as a walk-in cooler.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the Laurel County Sheriff’s office – police say information will be kept strictly confidential as the investigation continues.
