Luke Bryan ticket refunds available

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Ticketholders that weren’t able to enjoy Luke Bryan’s concert on October 6 because of massive traffic backups may be eligible for a full refund.

The concert at Talon Winery, which had already been rescheduled once due to weather, was plagued with traffic problems, leaving some people stranded on the road for hours both coming to the concert, and trying to leave.

Bryan’s official website provides ticketholders with an email address to submit a claim to get their money back.  The website says refunds are available for anyone who didn’t get through traffic in time to see the show, or for those whose tickets were scanned after 9:30 p.m.

To request a refund, email support@xorbiatickets.com.  Refunds will be processed until October 16 at 6:00 p.m.
