LPD: No injuries, nothing taken after intruders enter Lexington home

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police in Lexington say there were no injuries after two individuals entered a home on Culpepper Road early Tuesday morning.

Police say they were called to the home at about 12:45 a.m.  According to officers, a woman living at the home told them that a man carrying a gun walked into the living room through an unlocked back door.  The woman started screaming, say officers, and the suspect ran out of the home and fled on foot.

Police say the man is described as having blond hair, standing about 6 feet tall with a thin build.

Officers say a second person had also entered the home, but they couldn’t get a description.

No property or money was taken.
