LPD: ‘No criminal nature’ in fall from LEX balcony

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington Police say there was no criminal nature after a boy fell from the third floor of his balcony at The Lex apartments.

This announcement comes after Corbin Harris’ mother and father, State Representative Chris Harris and Leslie Harris, released a statement saying their son’s condition remains the same since the fall.
