LPD: Man shot during robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A robbery in Lexington sends one man to the hospital

Police got a call before 5 a.m. Tuesday about a person shot.

The victim says he was robbed of some electronics by three men, one with a gun, near Malabu Drive on Woodside Court.

Police say the victim was shot once in the leg.

His injuries are not life-threatening, according to police.

He was taken to the hospital

The victim tells police the suspects left in a black passenger car.

They are still searching for those suspects
