LPD: Man facing charges after making children smoke marijuana

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police have arrested a man they say made three children smoke marijuana at his home.

According to police, 19-year-old Joshua Thomas made the three children, who lived in the same apartment complex, smoke out of a pipe.

Police say two of those children are 8-years-old and the third is nine.

Thomas is also facing charges for threatening a man who called the police about him.
