LPD: Man Drives Drunk with Children in Truck Bed

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police arrested a man they say was driving drunk with two young girls in the bed of his pickup truck.

Court documents say 43-year-old Timothy Yeager was pulled over Saturday afternoon after police say he was spotted driving at a high rate of speed with two seven-year-old girls in the back of the truck.

They say there was a 10-year-old girl in the cab.

Documents also say Yeager had an open bottle of spiced rum in the truck with him.

He is charged with wanton endangerment and driving under the influence.
