LPD: Man charged in Marathon robbery case
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – LPD has charged a suspect on Thursday, in connection to a June 4 robbery of a Marathon gas station.
Jack D Morrow III was arrested following an armed robbery at a Marathon gas station at approximately 2:55 p.m. on West New Circle road, reports police. Witnesses told police that the suspect had approached the counter, demanding cash while revealing a handgun. After getting the cash, police say, the suspect fled the scene on foot.
According to LPD, Morrow is being charged with Robbery in the first degree.
