LPD: Man carjacks from St. Joe Hospital.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man forced his way into an occupied car at St. Joe Hospital on Thursday morning, says LPD.

The man forced the car’s driver to take him to Lindenhurst Drive, says police, where he fled from the car on foot and attempted to carjack another occupied vehicle.

LPD say the driver of the second car would not let him into the vehicle, and someone called 911.

The man is now in custody, said police, and further details will be released shortly.
