LPD: Man breaks into house to use toilet

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – His desperate need for a toilet may have driven a man to break into a house on Wednesday afternoon, says police.   

Court documents say 34-year-old Daniel Ray Thompson was found in a bedroom closet on Delmont Drive.

Charged with burglary, Thompson told police that he just “needed to take a sh–.”
