LPD looking for suspect in Sunday shooting

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police are also still trying to find a suspect in connection to a shooting in Lexington late Sunday night.

Officers say a suspect was seen running away, after a man was shot on Jennifer Road.

Police say the victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators say the suspect is 6 feet tall, weighing about 190 pounds and was wearing black shorts when the crime occurred.
