LPD: Burglar breaks into business with rock

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police said a burglar used a rock to get into a Lexington business late Sunday night.

Police said there was an alarm call at Metro PCS on Leestown Road at 11:47 p.m..

Officers arrived to find part of the front door glass shattered.

They said store surveillance showed a man take a rock, break the glass and come in.

The man was wearing a black shirt over his head, according to police.

Police believe he only took one cell phone before running off.
