According to ABC affiliate WHAS 11 News, Louisville Metro Police, with SWAT assistance, executed a search warrant Tuesday on Rowan Street. Officers say the home was in “extremely poor conditions,” with dogs suffering from malnourishment, flea infestations, and visible tumors.
