London Police: Man arrested after breaking into coin machine
LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – On Wednesday morning the London Police were Dispatched to BJ’s Laundromat on West 16th Street in reference to two men attempting to break into the coin machine inside, according to officials.
Police say when they got on scene he noticed George B. Justice, 32, of London leaving the business on a moped. They say they attempted to stop Justice for questioning, he continued to flee the scene.
Sgt Justice on stopped on North Mill Street, according to authorities.
Police say Justice admitted to officers that he was attempting to break into the coin machine.
Justice was charged with first-degree fleeing and evading police, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and third-degree criminal mischief, according to the London Police.
He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
