London police issue Golden Alert-D for missing teen

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ)- London police say a Golden Alert-D was issued for a missing 16-year-old girl.
Police say Amber Adkins was last seen Monday morning when her father dropped her off at North Laurel High School. Investigators say Adkins is 5 feet 3 inches tall, 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Investigators believe she is wearing purple pants, pink shirt, and orange flip flops.
