London man arrested, charged with rape of minor

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police in London say a man is behind bars, accused of having sexual contact with a minor on at least three occasions over the course of two years.

41-year-old Kenneth R. Rogers was arrested on Tuesday, following the issue of an indictment warrant back on March 17th

Police in London say Rodgers’ sexual contact with the victim started when the victim was only 12 years old.

He has been charged with rape, and taken to the Laurel County Detention Center.
