London man arrested after crash kills 1
LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) — A London man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly caused a crash that killed another man.
The crash happened on KY 192 near London around 10 p.m. on Tuesday.
A truck driven by Wesley Allen, 29, crossed the centerline and struck a car, being driven by Fred Johnson, head-on, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office.
Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Allen was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries and arrested after his release.
He’s charged with murder.
Deputies believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
He’s scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 5.
