Lexington deals with flooded roads & power outages

The storm that rolled through Central and Eastern Kentucky Monday afternoon left storm debris and high waters throughout Lexington. The city says traffic lights were out in several areas, including Winchester Road, Sir Barton Way, Clays Mill Road and Harrodsburg Road. Drivers are being asked to treat flashing traffic lights as four-way stops.
