Lincoln County Sheriff Looking For 13-Year Old Girl
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 13-year-old Emerald Loveless.
Deputies believe she is with her boyfriend, 19-year-old Chaz Hines.
Investigators say Loveless left a note for her friend saying she and Hines were going to Berea, then on to Harrodsburg before traveling to California to get married.
The Sheriff says Hines already faces charges of unlawful interaction with a minor.
