Lincoln Co. man charged with assaulting a small child

LINCOLN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lincoln County man was arrested for assaulting a small child, according to officials.

Police say Justin April was arrested on Tuesday for assaulting a small child and is now suffering severe injuries.

April is charged with assault 1st degree, according to Lincoln County deputies.
