LFD: Fire at Days Inn & Suites in Lexington; building evacuated

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Firefighters are on scene at a fire that happened at the Days Inn and Suites on North Broadway in Lexington.

The department says the building was evacuated, after the fire started around 10:30 p.m.

Firefighters say there are not any injuries at this time.

The department says an investigator is on scene. The cause and origin is still under investigation.
