Lexington U14 Flag Football Team Headed to NFL Nationals

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – The Lexington East Elite U14 team has punched its ticket to the 2025 NFL Flag Football National Championships after winning the Indianapolis Regional Title. The team went undefeated in the tournament while representing the Indianapolis Colts region.

The national championships will take place July 17–20 in Canton, Ohio. There are 32 teams competing, each representing a different NFL region.

Fans can show their support at a send-off party happening Saturday July 12 at 6 p.m. at Papi’s on Harrodsburg Road. The event is open to the public.
