Lexington to host 250Lex Forward Bash celebrating city’s future

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington is celebrating its future Tuesday with a community event as part of the city’s 250th anniversary.

The “250Lex Forward Bash” runs from 4 to 7 p.m. at The Burl and is free to attend. The event is hosted by BGCF365, Commerce Lexington, and the Urban League Young Professionals.

Guests can enjoy live music from DJ Forerunner and the Bedford Band, along with food, drinks, games, and networking opportunities.

Organizers say the goal is to celebrate Lexington’s history while giving young professionals a voice in shaping the next 250 years.
