Lexington shooting victim dies from injuries

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A man has died from his injuries after being involved in a shooting earlier this month in Lexington. The Fayette County Coroner’s Office says Juan Martinez-Bustos passed away Tuesday morning at UK Hospital.

The incident, which occurred on October 4th on Devonport Drive, resulted in Martinez-Bustos and another individual being hospitalized. Currently, Lexington Police have not identified any suspects in connection with the shooting. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Lexington Police Department.
