Lexington restaurant offers free wings to linemen and snow removal workers

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Lexington restaurant is showing its appreciation to linemen and snow removal workers who helped the Bluegrass respond to the winter storm that moved through the area over the weekend.

Golden Flame Hot Wings says linemen and snow removal workers can receive a free six-piece wing special as a thank-you for their efforts.

The offer is available through Feb. 1.

The special is being offered at the Golden Flame Hot Wings location at 141 Rojay Drive in Lexington.

Restaurant officials say the promotion is their way of recognizing the hard work and dedication of crews who helped keep the community safe during severe winter weather.
