Lexington Police seek new leads in 20-year-old unsolved murder case

LEXINGTON, KY. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Local authorities are asking for the public’s help in solving a murder case that has remained unsolved for more than 20 years.

According to Lexington Police, officers were called to a home in the 2000 block of St. Michael’s Drive, where they found the victim, James Sinkhorn, dead at the back of the home suffering from gunshot wounds.

Investigators are continuing to seek new leads in the case. Anyone with information is asked to contact Lexington Police. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.
