Lexington Police: Section Of New Circle Road Shutdown Due To Accident

The inner loop of New Circle Road at North Limestone is temporarily shutdown due to an accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian, according to Lexington Police.

Police said traffic is being diverted to either Old Paris Road or North Limestone.

No names have been released.

The accident is under investigation.
