Lexington Police search for robbery suspect

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police search for the man who robbed the Shell gas station off Russell Cave Road and West New Circle.

Police say the man walked in just after 3 a.m. Wednesday, implied he had a weapon then ran off after getting cash.

Police are not sure if this is tied to a robbery a few hours before at a Speedway on Broadway.

They say that man implied he had a weapon, and stole cash and some beer.

A witness told police the suspect walked with a limp.
