Lexington Police looking for shooting suspect

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington Police say a man was shot in his home on East Loudon Avenue late Saturday night.

They say it happened around ten at a home on East Loudon. Officers described the incident saying someone knocked on the door of a home and when the victim approached the door, he was shot. Officers say it’s a possibility the victim and suspect know one another and they do have a suspect name but haven’t released it yet.

Officers say the man was shot in the leg and will be okay. The shooting is still under investigation.
