Lexington police issue alert for missing 10-year-old

Nemas Vasquez last seen on Daniel Court Monday night

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – The Lexington Police Department has issued an alert for a missing child, 10-year-old Nemas Vasquez.

Police say Vasquez was last seen around 7:30 p.m. Monday on Daniel Court. He was wearing a blue long-sleeved sweatshirt and multicolored sneakers.

Vasquez has brown eyes, is 4’11” tall, and weighs about 100 pounds. Officials believe he may have walked to a friend’s house, though the location is unknown.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.
