Lexington police investigating shooting on New Circle Road
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Lexington police are investigating a shooting that occurred Tuesday afternoon on New Circle Road.
According to police, officers were called to the intersection of New Circle Road and Russell Cave Road around 2:21 p.m. for a report of a shooting involving a victim.
When officers arrived, they found a female victim with secondary injuries from a gunshot after her vehicle was struck while driving on New Circle Road. She was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
